Changing or updating your company profile information is very easy. First, login to your customer dashboard by visiting my.hideseekmedia.com. If you've forgotten your password please reference this FAQ to request a new password. Once logged in please navigate to the "Profile" tab of your customer dashboard. This is where you can update all of your company information.
Please note: Updating this information will not automatically update your billing information. For specific updates to billing information please submit a request via our support center and a member of our team will be able to handle your request in a timely-manner.
