How can I change my customer dashboard profile information?

Changing or updating your company profile information is very easy. First, login to your customer dashboard by visiting If you've forgotten your password please reference this FAQ to request a new password. Once logged in please navigate to the "Profile" tab of your customer dashboard. This is where you can update all of your company information.

Please note: Updating this information will not automatically update your billing information. For specific updates to billing information please submit a request via our support center and a member of our team will be able to handle your request in a timely-manner.
