How can I change my support center access information?

In order to change your account information you would have already had to submit a request in the past. Click "Sign in," in the upper right corner of your window and proceed to login with your email and password. If you can't remember your password click the "Forgot my password" to reset it.

In the top right corner of the support portal you will see a welcome message and an "Edit Profile" link. Click on the "Edit Profile" link. You can change any of the fields in this form by typing the new information into a field and then clicking the "Save Changes" button. To change your password, use the fields in the column on the right side of the page.

Note: You cannot change your contact email address. If you need to change this for any reason, please submit a ticket requesting the change - please specify both the current and new email addresses. A member of our support staff will make the change for you.
