How can I get support and submit a request?

We've made support and requesting updates to your website and marketing campaigns simple. In this support center you can view our frequently asked questions or submit a support request, and a member of our team will get back to you in a timely manner.

  • Review FAQ: Please review our FAQ first, which may answer your question.
  • Submit a Request: With a more detailed support or update request, please click the “Submit a request” link on the upper right.
  • Describe Your Request: Fill out our request form with detailed information. Be sure to include any necessary attachments.
  • Verify Your Account: After submission, please check your email for a verification link. Once clicked, you’ll be taken back to our support website where you’ll be asked to create a password. Please choose a password that is secure but easily remembered for future support requests. Please note that your request will not be processed until you’ve completed this step.
  • Review & Processing: Once submitted your request will be reviewed by our team and processed in a timely-manner. You’ll be notified about updates to your ticket via email, and you’ll receive a notification when the request has been completed.
  • Your Account: For future visits to our support website please use the “Login” button on the upper right. If you forget your password please select that option and follow the steps to create a new password.
